People are nice. Good weather most of the year, the beach is ok (although I wouldnt base your holiday around it).
Loads of bars restaurants, shopping, site seeing etc.
Just go! |

| Pebble from Leicestershire travelled to San Francisco in 10/2007 |
Pebble rated San Francisco as follows:| Cleanliness | | | Resort Entertainment | | | Beach
| Pebble Posted this report and said: Fisherman's Wharf is tacky, reminds you of British seaside resort, Kiss-me-quick hats and so on.
But, having said that, it is the place to be located. Bay rides and trips to Alcatraz, Golden Gate Bridge and the thousands of smelly seals on pier 29.
Fish eating places everywhere. Chowder is the speciality, personally stick to the king prawns. |

Claire rated San Francisco as follows:| Cleanliness | | | Resort Entertainment | | | Beach
| Claire Posted this report and said: We loves San Fransisco and if we had the money could have doen so much more. We stayed here at the end of a tour of California and Nevada so money was getting scarce. We did find that drinks were quite dear especially as the exchange rate wasn't good about $6 a pint!! Look for Happy Hours and make the most of them. There is so much more for us to see and the Fisherman's Wharf is a great base. After the heat of the day it did go a little chilly in the evening so take a wrap/light jkt for cover and enjoy |
