We had a great 2 weeks here- just had a few problems like 1st night having a small room and sleeping on wooden sunbeds with a room full of giant red ants running around and having a pool party in our drinks. Finally got settled by are 4th room by the 2nd day,I'm just really fussy but they were willing to please. I also got the bad case of the trotts, really don't think it was anything to do with the food. The climate had alot to do with it being 45 and over also everyone saying drink more liquid in this heat...talk about flushing the system out???
The gardens I'm sure were watered by the hotels sewage waste as it really stunk at times:-(.
Also I hate to say we had 3 items that went missing while I was there as we had them at the begining of the holiday.
Thats the worst bit over.

I now people don't like to tip in an AI hotel but here it will benifit you alot just an odd couple of £'s here and there and the stuff will run around bringing you drinks to your sunbed and offer you more nights in the other restuarants, which is a better bet.
If your very fussy eater your'll proberley moan about the food but we always ate ok.

Normally only one barman serving at the pool bar, so get a few drinks at a time as they only half fill the plastic cups too.

The pools were lovely and filters changed twice in day time- gardens were kept well maintained and looked nice. The Prima part of this hotel was abit mad in the pool area by the slides. Men bombing down on lilos and landing on small kids really surprised no-one got hurt?

The entertainers did try but not much good really, kids didn't care they had fun anyway.

You were given towel cards for the length of your stay so don't lost them or your get charged for them.
But your room safes were free tho.

The beach was just across the road if you go through the Prima Hotel, will be better and closer when the "COOL TUNNEL" is finished??
There's a beach bar for each of the hotels down there and free sunbed to use. You have to walk along a couple of beaches to get to the Rehana pier where you can snorkle off-where good foot protection as the coral is very sharp-the fish are beautiful my kids also loved swimming in the sea. Take a few plasters you'll need them. Don't worry as there is a Chemist right oppersite the hotel.
Theres a few shops left of the hotel which is a 10 min slowish walk away. To do any propper shopping go to Namma bay, get a price before you drive off in the cab £5 we paid each way and they drive like nutters so be worned.
Hard Rock cafe is a must to go....good food and price.

We met some lovely British family out there which was really nice. Have to say alot of the Germans and Russian were rude but no surprice there.

We had a great holiday and so could you.
