| said: WE paid for a 5* hotel when we arrived we were taken out of hotel 1/4 mile down the coast to a very small flat 7 x 6 door open outwards as it hit shower on inside, we refused ans stayed in reception for most of day, we spent £125 on phone calls to England trying to get re located or to fly us home,we got neither and had to accept another flat larger in same block shower filthy floor in room breaking up and getting into feet or be left in reception for the week as the Management & Holiday rep refused to see us.
At 8pm on our fist night we were woken by load music and we found we were 50mts away from open air stage.
The food is 95% cold with one microwave to heat up in the restaurant. Be warned don't trust TravelRepublic, ABTA registered but with all ABTA on paerwork ABTA said we were not covered by them.

| said: the 5 star hotel was very clean, lovely design, perfect swimming pool and private beach, no complaints about the accomodation, in fact excellant, sadly the food was very poor and the catering staff were very rude.
I lived on Chicken and chips for two weeks.
the day time entertaiment was very good but forget the evenings, very poor, and nothing to do except sit around a large entrace foyer, no background music and the atmosphere of a airport waiting room.
