| said: Hello we stayed at this hotel on our 2nd week off a 3 week holiday its a fantastic hotel very clean food is good and always hot there is a early and late breakfast, the pool area is crowded for the size off hotel but we always managed to get a good spot, the entertaiment is poor we didnt mind as we had no kiddies with us but i would say its an adult hotel not a family hotel at all the rooms are really nice lcd tv etc fridge lovely shower and always red hot water lol. The indoor pool well its like a sauna the water was really hot there is water slides in the out door pool but be aware the water is very shallow at the end off them the snack bar as a good variety off food drinks were poor considering its a 5 star hotel we stayed in a 3 star hotel our first week and drinks were fantastic after this hotel we went to the green nature hotel for our 3rd week thats a 5 star ultra a/i ill put review on that site in a bit we will be returning to this hotel in near future for got to mention the ice cream at this hotel is lush

| said: the hotel was very impresive to look at very clean
rooms very nice, the walls are very thin so noisey.
we did not know that they suppled towels so would have saved us some weight.
entertainment was very poor i don't rate this hotel a five star it is more a 3 plus. the pool area was very crampted the beds were touching and you had to get up early to get one
the food wasn't to bad chicken, turkey and beef and more of the same. waiters in the restaurant were good
reception weren't vary help full bar staff some time good and other times surly,
we had a good time all the same as there was 8 of us.
do watch out that you are not over weight when you go to the airport as they will charge you even if you are half a kilo over they go to the full kilo. they had all of us it cost for the 8 of us Ł88.00 for 10 kilos over

| said: This is not a five star hotel which I expected and a three star at best. We found the staff to be indifferent, there was a limited choice of food, and the pool area was small and cramped with the pools too deep for my kids to use.
The hotel location is good, it is based in between Marmaris and Icmeler and just off the main road, not too far from the beach.
Staff –check in was functional, the one member of staff on duty in the early hours of the morning did his job, but friendly he was not, and this is really how I would describe all the staff with one or two exceptions. We had to use the nurse, who was very helpful and friendly, all but one member of staff in the restaurant were male, and the male staff seemed more interested in ogling the female guests than anything else. The worst was the main waiter in the A la Carte restaurant, who can only be described as poor at his job, and miserable in his demeanour.
Room – This was very clean as one would expect from a new hotel. Two adults and two young kids shared a room on the 2nd floor, and thus required a fold up bed, which we just could not use it was so poor. Whilst clean and new, there was by far insufficient space for clothes, which meant they stayed in the case for the entire week. The bathroom was clean with a power shower, and the cleaner was very good. Our room over looked the pool area and the nightly entertainment, which I wouldn’t have minded if it hadn’t been so poor.
Entertainment – This consisted of bingo and karaoke, and that’s about it - poor would be a compliment.
Food – very limited and what was available was okay. Meat consisted of beef and beef with some chicken and occasionally some Turkey, but limited choice and by no means of five star standard. The a la carte was of particular poor quality, no choice, and miserable waiter.
Hotel – The most disappointing thing about the hotel is the pool area. For a “luxury five star hotel” there was only one pool, with a toddlers pool, and another which you were unable to use as the three slides ran into it. The main pool was far too busy, sun lounges were all touching each other, and you had to wake up at some ungodly hour to reserve a lounge. The main pool was also far too deep for our kids, which meant that we were unable to use the pool at all.
Beach – is a short distance walk and is a mixture of sand and shingle. You are able to use the facilities at the Pasa Beach hotel (sister hotel) but this is restricted to the sun lounges, which means that you either pay for lunch on the beach (its al AI hotel) or you have to come back to the hotel, or skip lunch. More imporantly however, you are unable to get a drink and in the middle of a heatwave the beach cafes are ready to rip you off with their prices. A short bus ride away is Nirvana beach which was clean, not too busy, and a great day out.
All in all a clean hotel, which is far from five star and far from luxury and whilst I anticipated this, I was still left disappointed. If we did go to Marmaris again, which we might just to go to Nirvana beach, we wouldn’t be staying at the Grand Pasa.
