rated the Hedley House Hotel as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: The weekend break was a present for a 50th birthday, we were not disappointed. Champagne, flowers and chocolates on arrival (assuming a lovely extra provided by the person who booked this gift). The room was lovely, very spacious, warm and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious also and the towels were brilliant white and fluffy. The breakfast room is lovely as was breakfast. Car parking a bonus when staying in York although the entrance is round the back of the hotel and a little tight getting in a out but certainly not an issue, we would certainly not hesitate to return, maybe even give the jacuzzi a try next time.
