We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was large but in desperate need of redecoration. Bathroom had mould. You had to use the hot water early or you only had cold. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The maids tried their best. Too far from the centre, where you had to go to get a decent meal and entertainment. Would not stay here again no matter the price!

Me and my family just returned and it was fantastic.
Fair enough the rooms were basic but you are never in.
It was clean, well kept and very friendly and we can't wait to go back next year.

This hotel was very dirty and run down. The pool is small and not kept to the highest standard. Although some staff were approachable, it still took 4 days before I eventually had hot water. As this hotel is at the top of a bank water was scarce between 6.00-8.00pm so you had to make sure you showered before then, or after. Overall the hotel was a big disappointment and certainly not the one advertised in the brochure.

The apartments were dissapointing, very basic and unclean. The complex was very run down withs rust in the bath and in the sink. The ceiling was damp.
The staff were pleasant to deal with.

although a good walk out of alvor the complex was good & safe for a family

This was my second visit to the hotel,i went previously in 2000.
Dont go half board the food was'nt very good but the snack bar is ok.
The hotel is situated approx 2 mile from alvor town center the rooms are basic but cleaned often.
The out door pool was cold and dangerous in places it had wires hanging and tiles missing. The hotel also has an indoor pool situated in block 1.
The staff are really lovely. The entertainment was'nt too good,kareoke 3 nights bingo 2 night and dancers the other nights.
Would visit this hotel again because the staff make the holiday.
