| said: Modern hotel. Room lovely, which included a big bathroom with seperate bath and shower cubicle. Fridge in room, but wasn't switched on which was strange. Only gripe with room was the single sized wardrobe with 4 coat hangers (take your own) and no chest of drawers, we lived out of our suitcases!
The buffet breakfast is "all you can eat", wonderful selection on offer, really sets you up for the whole day. Evening meals are available.
10minute walk to centre of Krakow, through park and street lined with shops. Krakow square a lovely place to visit during the day but also to sit and eat a wonderful meal from literally dozens of outdoor restuarants in the evenings.
The hotel is opposite main train station though seperated by large square, and next door to huge shopping mall. No noise from either. We would throughly reccommend this hotel.
June 2009 taxi fare from airport to hotel 75 Zloty. Used hotel car service to consentration camps, 380 Zloty for all day, excellent service with english speaking driver, (takes just over an hour by car or 2 hours by train to reach the camps). Used same service to Salt Mines, 200 Zloty.
