The G's from West Lothian travelled to Sierra Sharm El Sheikh Hotel with OTB on a family holiday. There were 2 adults and 1 child(ren) in the party. The travel date was 08 2008
rated the Sierra Sharm El Sheikh Hotel as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: Sierra Resort, food good qaulity but no imagination, same everyday and night. If you are there for more than 7 nights you will be eating out. Sunbeds, pool attendants place towels every morning over about 50% of the beds so that when guests come down to use them the place looks full but miracuously they take some towels off, you are so grateful you tip them. Every day at least ten times a day this happened. Bar staff very sullen and arogant, only serve you once they have finished their conversation or you are a young lady. Entertainment is shocking and please if you have youngsters dont use the kids club as they have no control and no security measures - a small child was found by his parents at the side of the pool when he was meant to be in the kids club!! rated the Sierra Sharm El Sheikh Hotel as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: the sierra is a reasonbly clean hotel! always people running around cleaning. the all inclusive is good rules are quite tight like you have to pay for water notinc in AI no icecreams before 3pm! location very close to airports but funny as sounds you get quite use to the aircraft noise! the staff will bend over backwards for you nothing is too much! we had issue where when we went to beach someone stole the insulated bag with my daughters bottles in (gutted when they opened it!) i explained when i got back to the hotel what had happenned and they sent a taxis into loal town and brought me 6 bottles!!! the entertainment is rubbish same singer everynight! its total shoccking, but AI drinks flow nicely you can just about bare it!
