| said: We stayed at this hotel at the begining of the holiday season and were greeted by very friendly staff, that were very helpful. The hotel was spotless, the food was very well varied and i suffer with a stomach complaint and ifound something to eat every night, and no problems with the stomach. Hotel managers were always to be seen and made sure everyone was kept happy all staff were excellent. needed a repair in the hotel room and it was dealt with very quickly. The pool was kept immaculate and the lagoon has just been finished 8months early.
The gym was of excellent standard and it's facilities.
lovely walks along the shingle beach to tavernas on the sea front. We hired a speed boat from the beach and fully recommend it there are beautiful views to see around the coves, and the people renting are very helpful. The entertainment wasn't too bad could of been better, but nice bars to walk to for a cheaper drink as the hotel bar was quite pricy. Reps for thomson were very helpful and prob the best reps i have come across. I have already booked for next may. it was that good.

| said: The hotel was great.
A couple of times that we called reception for assistance they responded very quickly.
Food was always varied and a good choice. Go up the steps into the far corner and Kostas will look after you. Getting you a table....and giving you advice.
Aircon in the room was a boon as the temperatures rocketed.
The grounds are expansive with a huge grass area and yes you have to pay for the sunbeds but its only 2 euros each (if you say Thomsons to the seller)..3 euros if not.
We spent a fortnight there and would go back again no problem.
Can't comment on the entertainment as we went out every night.

| said: Fantasic room good sea view in the sun all day, paid the extra well worth it.
Extra large balcony built for sun bathing but only a small table and two uncomfortable chairs, no sun loungers, these were charged extra by the hotel and could only be used in the gardens or the beach.
The total amount for this over our stay was £50:00 for two adults, an unexspected ouy lay, this can only be classed as greed by the management. you had to be very lucky to claim a sun bed around the pool these are in very short suply. The food at evening meal was always cold and not much choice.
All of the hotel staff were very good no complaints at all. The management should listen to their customers complaints about the extra charge on sun beds, It's a rip off.

| said: The hotel was very clean and the room was cleaned every day whilst we were there. The food was excellent and the dining experience was one of the best we have had in an international hotel. The waiting staff were all ways pleased to help and the dining room manager could not do enough for us.
The hotel manager ate at the hotel a number of the nights whilst we were there.
There was a lack of day time entertainment - the gym instructor even broke his arm and was not replaced!!!!
The beach at the other end of Dassia is much quieter and the beach is more sand and pebbles rather than pebbles.

| said: We stayed for a week during the October half term.
It was the final week before the hotel closed until next season and the cleanliness in some parts of the hotel and surrounding areas reflected this. The room could have been cleaner especially the bathroom which was particularly grubby and in need of a good scrub and some bleach. The corridor carpets were in urgent need of replacement in the part of the hotel in which we stayed.
The food was good if a little predictable.
Food and drinks very expensive to buy in the hotel. Unfortunately with most of the outside bars already shut for the season alternatives were very limited.
The hotel is beautifully located in its own grounds and ajoins its sister hotel only yards from the beach. The beach shelved gently into what was a particurlarly cold sea! Unfortunately the sister hotel was already closed so its amenities were not available for us to use.
Free hotel bus service to Corfu Town every hour.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Entertainment was poor. A couple of local singers in the main bar each evening.
Finally, in our opinion the hotel was not of 4 star standard, nearer 3 star.
