| said: I first stayed at The Alexia nearly 15 years ago, it hasn't changed a lot but didn't need to. They have added self catering studios (which is what we had) and these have obviously been updated at some point to incorporate the kitchenette. There's been no other changes apart from the addition of air con and double glazing.
If you're looking for nightlife and beach life the hotel is in a perfect location, on Bar Street, one street back from the beach. If you're looking for a quiet holiday, it probably won't suit. The shops and restaurants of the New Town are a few minutes away, Mandraki Harbour and the Old Town around 10-15 mins walk.
The Alexia is clean, comforatble and friendly but if you want luxury look elsewhere (and be pepared to pay for it!).
