| If you're looking for something a little bit special then this hotel definitely deserves a place on your holiday shortlist. Gazing out on the coral-cluttered waters of the Red Sea Riviera, it sits right on the beachfront so a sun-kissed carpet of sands is just a gentle stroll from your room. Talking of rooms, each one is a sweet oasis of luxury with a balcony or terrace overlooking gardens, pool or mountains, and comes equipped with all the facilities you'd expect to find in a first class hotel. Relaxation certainly won't elude you during your stay here either. Three swimming pools glisten back at you, plus there's a further couple for the kids. There are sports and games, plus a fitness centre and spa. The restaurant scene is equally impressive, with a la carte eateries specialising in fresh fish, Italian and French, and a sumptuous selection of flavours in the international buffet. The grounds are beautiful, the facilities first class and the service exceptional – so what are you waiting for?

| said: We really enjoyed this holiday, it was a relaxing 2 weeks for us. The hotel was spotlessly clean and there was always staff cleaning everywhere. The rooms were done everyday and were very comfortable, with tea/coffee facilities in the room.
The food was fine, I am a fussy eater, but I found something to eat. The location was ok, but the beach was dissapointing as you couldn't swim from the beach. The staff couldn't do enough for you and were very friendly. If you tip them at the start of your holiday you will never have to queue at the bar again and you are treated like royalty.
I can't comment on the evening entertainment, but the daytime was very good for all ages. All in all well worth going. Last year we stayed at the sister hotel Reef Oasis Beach Resort and we found that the better hotel even though that was only rated 4 star. The beach was better and we were in block 900 the best block.

| said: Lovely spacious rooms, cleaned every day & fresh towels left.Wheelchair accessable, apart from down to the room because there was two steps but i asked at reception for a ramp & it was built the next day.Excellent facillities, food & drink there for you allday & night.Sauna & Steamroom for free & Jacuzzi for £15.00.A slide pool there but it was freezing which was disappointing, especially for the children but there was also a lovely "virtual" pool, looking right over the sea, linked to a childrens pool which was even warmer like you were in a bath. The only problem we found was the sunbeds where taken very early in the morning by the Russians, but there was plenty of sunbeds round by the cold pool. There was a lovely beach where you could go snorecleing & see all the lovely fish. There was also a large buffe style resturant on the beach. The beach was accessable down a steepish road but a little bus was available to take you there & back & it was available all day. There was a lovely buffe style in the hotel,a fish resturant,a italian resturant,a french resturant & severel bars.Over all we had a lovely weeks relaxing holiday & were very impressed with the cleanliness of the place & the friendliness of the staff who couldn't do enough for you. We'd deffinetly go again.

| said: We stayed in this hotel for 10 days, it is a lovely hotel back last week – Our bedroom at the hotel was a little strange as it had the sink in the hall next to the bathroom, I think it was part of a family room the hairdryer in the bathroom is superb so leave your own one at home – leaving extra luggage space. There is a soft drink mini bar with bottled water and tea & coffee facilities in the room. The room was cleaned each day and the cleaner left a couple of exotic arrangements using the duvet and pillows adorned with flowers from the garden a pleasant surprise when we returned from a day around the pool.
There are cleaners, gardeners etc everywhere keeping the place in tip top condition.
I have given a low mark for food - only because of personal choice, I did not starve but it would have been nice to have a choice of plain salads rather than the strange concoctions that were on offer. The buffet restaurant could be chaotic at breakfast time no clean tables - when one was available you then had to wait for cups followed by a long wait for hot water! The same happened at lunch - you had to wait for ages for a drink even when it was quiet. We used all the Al Carte and although nice there was not much choice if you did not want to pay extra for dishes only one starter and main dish on the menu, the fish restaurant was nice with lovely fresh Seabass.
There are a couple of bars in the evening the Bistro and Caribbean – both were good, although we had a couple of problems in the Bistro getting served it was not a problem and did not spoil our holiday. The guys in the sunset bar a really good – they kept me supplied with water and diet coke all day and were really friendly.
Location of the hotel is great - only a small ride into Sharm using the hotel bus or their taxi service, the fare is around £5.00. The beach is a small walk down a steep road - we only did this once - but there was a little bus that took you down and bought you back on a regular basis if you wanted it to, it also went around the resort if you wanted a lift but we walked through the lovely gardens - we were in block 6 which was right at the back of the hotel from the reception and main pools - the Leisure pool in front of our room was good - with slides for all ages which was used quite a bit even though it was freezing!!!
I have marked the entertainment low but this is because we did not see any evening entertainment - but they did stuff around the main pool during the day.
I would recommend this hotel although there is work in progress it did not spoil my holiday – in fact I have booked for New Year.
