The cleaner come pretty much everyday which is great apart from the fact she just threw our clothes in a huge pile and folded up our towls and sheets which didnt change in the 2 weeks we stayed there she just folded them! We told the hotel manager who never even got back to us!

The rooms smelt so bad of damp and made all my clothes smell and the hotel manager promised that if we payed for the AC it would keep the mosquitos out and considering im allergic to bites i chose to pay it and if anything it attracted them because we went in a friends room who hadnt payed for it and they had 1 compared to our 20 odd. Also everyone we spoke to seemed to pay different amounts for the AC so that was unfair even a group of girls who come on the day we come and left on the day we left payed about 15euros less than us!

However the location is good being right at the beginning of the strip and its not far to walk for food and there a supermarket next door.

The hotel staff werent that great they either didnt speak english or werent helpful. Also on our first night we witnessed a member of the bar staff steal a customers hat then claim it was his and then beat up the customer which was a great welcome!

If I was to go back to Kavos I'd definatly choose a different hotel!

The Ekati appartments were basic but everything you could need, there is a great 24 hour bar downstairs which is busy all through the night, it's really lively during the day especially as it is near to the pool, it also serves great food throughout the day until 4pm.. great fry ups to cure a hang over! it is in here there are the safes (for passports etc) and some computers for internet access.

The pool is great with sunbeds surrounding it... however it has a tendancy to turn anything white.. yellow so be careful.

The appartments are really clean and the maid that cleaned our room was lovely and did a great job, coming 6 times a week. The overall staff are just great, really friendly!

Overall the appartments are great, a little basic with a tiny kitchen but a large balcony (which you may have to share). We didn't cook ourselves as it seemed almost impossible, but there are dozens of restaurants nearby and a supermarket next door.

The beach is very close but not that nice, but a 20min walk will take you to a nice bit of the beach!

Overall, my friends and i had a great time at the Ekati, its at the beginning of the strip with a really great atmosphere, i highly recommend it!

The Hotel is great, rooms basic but got what you need to enjoy your stay.
The Bar staff there are lovely and very helpful. The pool is freezing cold, but thats good coz weather was very hot! ( And for the girls - no it doesnt turn your hair green!!!)-like some people are saying.
Overall, loved Kavos and would definately go back.(Tomorrow if I could!!!) Id recommend it to you all.

hotel was basic but very clean!! on arrival u have to lay down 35euro per person for air conditioning and for the safe key, this is a must and you cnt opt out of it which was a suprise to us after you had no warning.
Location is the best on the resort and the beer n food is so cheap. weather is hot hot hot so plenty creams.
Staff are little helpful as little english spoken

Ended up here after booking a 3* allocation on arrival with Thompson's. On arrival was dropped off at the wrong hotel, then found our way to this one.

Hotel manager said that because we are OLD she would put us at the back of the building away from the loud music. (I am 31 years old, hhhmm).

The room was dark, dank, smelt and the balcony view was a building site. Was also told by the manager not to take anything out at night, not even our mobile phones in case we were robbed and told to lock everything in the safety deposit box.

Telephoned Thompson's and once we kicked up a stink were moved to another hotel. Certainly not a 3*, I wouldn't even say the room we were given was a 2*.
Definitely not my sort of holiday.

Me and my friend stayed in the Ekati for a week and loved every minute! We arrived at the hotel at about 5am and were greeted by a load of people in the bar. So we dumped our cases and headed straight for the 24-hour bar. Oh, yes! This was a big plus for me because a few people stayed up until about 7am, it was a good time to chat and have a laugh, and chill out after going to the noisy bars.

Hotel was very basic but just what we needed! Was very clean maids were round every day.

Food was ok but for a breakfast go down the road. There’s a pub on the left (can’t remember what it’s called) opposite Forum and they have proper English bacon, sausages and even black pudding!

The pool is great but highly chlorinated, so if you have blonde hair make sure you have it dyed a couple of weeks before you go or till turn green like a poor girl that was there at the same time. I had to sit with conditioner on my hair for an hour before I washed it or my straighteners wouldn’t go through it. There’s always good music on by the pool if you’ve got a decent cd, give it to bar man and they’ll put it on for you.

Good location about 5 mins to the nearest bar. Even closer if you fancy a kebab, burger or pizza on your way home.

If you're up for making friends and going on the pull, block book all the excursions when you get there. Comes to about E250 but well worth it. Included a booze cruise, few pub crawls stuff like that usually with a free bar thrown in for a couple of hours.

Tip: When you book the holiday ask to put air conditioning as a preference. Not all rooms have AC but we hired a fan which helped a bit but mainly circulated the hot air around the room. As it was over 40 degrees most days this wasn’t nice. The mosquitoes were awful this year, so couldn’t really leave balcony doors open either.

All in all if you’re up for a laugh and a brill holiday but don’t mind basic rooms...go to the Ekati!

Well for first the coach drive to the hotel was appalling the driver was driving like a nutter threw the wee country roads actually though we were goners,

When arrived at hotel had ta pay for ac with was a fan you would of been better blowing on your self,
They put us down a back lane were the rooms were no lighting going down there people just coming off the beach trying to sell us stuff at our rooms to be honest did not feel safe at all then we got told to give in your keys at the bar when going out so the first night we done that came back in the morning and our rooms had been robbed and turned up side down so bad idea giving your key to the bar man at the bar definite no no.

Hotel staff were OK were supposed ta get rooms cleaned every day well that did not happen either we actually had ta go and steel new towels every day out the maids room who did not speak any English they looked at u as if u were stupid ,but i suppose in the end the night life was wicked pubs and clubs were mobbed every night but defintitely no recommend that hotel to my worst enemy....

We went self catering with 2wentys, were not expecting too much, but when we got there we were surprised. At first, they mixed up the rooms, but sorted within about 20 mins of saying.

Both apartments were very clean when we arrived, the maid was in every day, tidying and doing the floors and making the beds. She even changed the beds, we didn't expect this!!

Apartments are about 5 mins from the main strip of bars, clubs and food places, which is great. Perfect location for everything.

The staff were excellent, the guys from the bar were a good laugh and gave you good deals. The food in the bar was basic, but just what you needed to save you going too far.

The best place for breakfast was the Forum Bar or the Bar accross from it, both day good, cheap breakfasts. For something to eat at night, Penny's Kitchen is amazing, the worst place was the British Resturant, not good at all.

We went in June and found that most places offered 2-3 courses and a drink for 8-12 Euros.

The bar was open 24/7 at the Apartments and prices are fine, with big measures!! Misic playing all the time, they will even put your CD'S on.

We would deffo stay in the Ekati again.

2wentys entertainment was okay, we done the pub crawl and the booze cruise. If there is a crowd of you going, do what we done - arrange the trips ourselves. We went out every night to the pubs and got better deals on drink and shots than we did with the arrange bar crawl. There is a shop accross from the bar in the appartments, book the waterpark fromthere, it is far cheaper than 2wentys, you can get most of the trips offered by 2wentys in there for cheaper.

If you go to the beach there are people selling boat trips, go for the Crazy Speed Boat trit, it's the best and well worth it!!

Its situated at the top of the main bar street but only a few minutes walk from everything. It has a 24hr bar, which helps!!! Room was basic but clean, it had everything we needed for a self catering holiday

We had a few meals in the hotel bar which were very nice and the staff were friendly too. Your safety deposit boxes which are 20 euro's are situated in Gilli Trevel across the road, it is open and manned for over 13hrs a day so there's no dodgy dealings going on

The pool was lovely with plenty of sun loungers and clean pool

Entertainment was with the 2wentys reps and was mad!!

The Ekati apartments were really all me and the lads were looking for, cheap and nasty but hell did we get it. It was ok at the start but as the week went on we started getting sick of living like tramps.

There were no lights in our room and the toilet was a bit of a joke. The maids did come in everyday but whether they were doing their job or not I don't know.

The reps were a good laugh but were a bit hard to find at times, cos they were just as pissed as us to be honest.

The guy behind the bar was alright too he gave us special deals on the drinks and he spoke away to us no bother, good guy.

The food however was about just as good as you would get anywhere in Kavos because I thought everything tasted the same, minging.

A girly holiday with no intention of remembering the night before was the main aim.

The room consisted of 2 single beds, a wardrobe with a few hangers, dressing table and mirror and a small kitchen area with hob, kettle and cups and cutlery. Simple but effective and all you need if your'e hardly ever in the room. It was perfectly clean and maid service was every other day.

The bar downstairs was cute and the drinks were relatively cheap and there were always offers on. The menu listed things like paninis (which I lived on) and cooked breakfasts, perfect for curing the many hangovers to be suffered.

The pool area was nice. The pool wasn't big but it was big enough. There were plenty of sunbeds and music was played during the day which made it all the more relaxing and a bit more "holiday-ish".

The hotels placed at the top of the main strip which is perfect. Its a couple of minutes to all the bars and clubs and restaurants. It's at a distance where the noise from clubs at night can't be heard but everythings practically on your doorstep.

I'd definitely go there again!

I got there with my friends in the first week of September, our coach trip was awful. The driver was driving 50mph down small roads!!

Anyway, when we got there, we were promised to have two rooms together, but one room was in the basement (literally) and the other on the top floor! There was no air con, we had to borrow a fan from reception, which did not even work.

The place was pretty clean enough, the shower... well there was no shower. It was a shower head on a low hook, so if you wanted to wash your hair you would have to sit down.

The cutlery was basic, two of everything, there was three of us in the room.

If you had any problems, you would go to the guy at the bar, who really didn't do anything anyway.

The hotel reps are nowhere to be seen if you have a problem. We booked the school disco party and was told that we would receive tickets under our door that day. We did not get any tickets! They let us in, after eventually finding a rep. The male reps, by the way girls are really only after one thing!

The pool was too small, the sunbeds were extremely uncomfortable! You could only lay on them if you had a terrible hangover and could not feel anything.

First of all the coach trip from the airport to the hotel was awful, the driver was driving very fast down country roads at 3am I felt sick!!!

Our apartment was awful, to say the least, it wasn't even in the main hotel block it was a good few yards down a quiet lane by the water which had no lighting. The receptionist showed down holding a lighter, I did not feel safe at all.

In general the room was very basic and dirty there was no shower just a hose, we were supposed to get maid service 3 times a week, but not once did that happen. We had the same towels all week. The front door had a silly latch for a lock and being down a dark alley in the middle of the night it certainly wasn't safe, the walls very thin so you could everything outside.

We just wanted to leave as soon as we got there, the rep said he would try and sort out another room for us but we didn't see him for the rest of the week, they very unhelpful, they only seemed to be interested in the young girls.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

The Ekati accommodation was basic, but had everything that you need for a clubbing holiday, a bed and somewhere to get ready. It was clean and we had maid service every other day.

The staff are absolutely fantastic, they made us feel welcome and were really friendly and always prepared to help in anyway possible.

The location is a bit further out than I thought it would be from the main strip, so careful going out in those high heels girls! But it meant you could get a peaceful nights sleep if you want it.

I've been to Kavos before, but this time was even better and I think this has a lot to do with the entertaining reps, Butler, Jabba and Steve and the friendly staff. Not forgetting the 24 hour pool and bar. That definitely deserves a mention!

The rooms in the Ekati apartments were basic to say the least. The catering equipment was basically non existant, you get 2 pieces of cutlery, 2 small cups, 2 plates, a kettle and a small hob. Our hob didnt work properly and the condition of the plates etc was appauling, not very nice to eat food off. There was a constant lingering smell of sewage in the whole block. Me and my friends found it impossible to get any sleep as the noise from other residents went on through the night. We stayed for one night and left the Hotel/Resort completely.

They were basic, but clean and absolutely fine for our holiday since we just needed a place to sleep and get ready to go out at night.

Its situated in a really good place since it only takes a couple of minutes to walk to the bars, which are wicked, but it is still far enough away so you don't hear the noise when you're going to bed.

The pool was lovely to sit around during the day and the 24 hour bar was pretty cool too!! It was generally the best holiday i've ever had so I would definitely recommend it to other people who are thinking of going.
