sarah from hull travelled to Playa De Oro with lunn poly on a family holiday. There were 2 adults and 2 child(ren) in the party. The travel date was 05 2006
rated the Playa De Oro as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: Hotel was amazing, the beach was outstanding and clean, grounds to the hotel were beautiful and the gardener happily got you fresh coconuts from the trees. About 5min walk from the hotel was a lagoon were you could swim with the dolphins so don’t book with your rep have a walk down yourself. The only downside to our stay was the food which was appalling we did complain but nothing was done about it, we actually came home losing weight. Make sure you take a trip to Havana we actually hired the guy who was doing the car hire we hired him and the car for a full day for a ridiculously cheap rate and he took us to loads of amazing places that we would have never found. I would definitely go back to Varedero but not the Playa d'ora unless they’d changed the chef. Click here for more information on this hotel, resort and region
