| said: Well first of all i have to say the hotel is very clean. It is always beening cleaned and your rooms are too.
The food is not that great if i am being honest. It does have a bit of a selection to choose from, but it was the same food choice every day!!
The location is fantastic as it is right near the beach and even though it is not in the resort centre, there are plently of shops and resturants next to the hotel and has plently to do.
Hotel staff were okay but did not seem that friendly as they did not speak to you much but got on with their job.
Their was hardly any entertainment but it doesn't really matter as their are plently of things to do outside the hotel.
I would reccomend go to Golden Sands but not this hotel if you want a hotel with fantastic food and entertainment.

| said: Palm Beach was a very clean and tidy hotel. Nothing spectacular and a little let down by its small drab reception but our family room was large and well decorated with a great view of the sea.
The food was plentiful and catered for all nationalities, for breakfast there was always toast and croisants and fruit with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. There was a hot option, not quite the english breakfast of home but they tried. There was also salad, cold meats and cakes!!
The evening buffet had plenty of options hot and cold. It wasn't fantastic and we ate out a few times but you could always find somethig and it was nice to try some of the local dishes.
The location was great, right on the beach near to plenty of shops, bars and resteraunts but not too noisey at night so sleeping was never a problem.
The staff were always pleasant and helpful.
No real entertainment in the way of shows/acts other than Bulgarian night on a thursday but the pool was good, clean and never too busy. There is a really good modern bowling alley which you have to pay extra for but is not dear. The best entertainment was found at the Sky Bar.
The two brothers that run it, Kris and Stefan are very friendly guys who will always take time to talk to you and get to know you. We spent most nights up there and the children were entertained with the pool tables, dart boards and table football. I miss it already!
I would have no doubts in going to the Palm Beach again.

| said: The hotel itself was nice. Staff friendly if spoken to.
Very clean plus bedroom was big and spotless ,the maid worked very hard clean bed and towels every day could only fault the food. It was of very poor quality and cold, not much to choose from and the same every day would recomend room only.
The pool staff have an easy job did not seem interested in anything going on at the pool also pool did not look clean always had a thick greasy ring around the edge for the whole two weeks. Never really saw it being cleaned and no smell of chlorine put me off going in which spoilt it for me and thats the reason why I would not go back to that hotel

| said: We arrived at the hotel no problems straight to our room which was ok, except I had paid £200 for my 5 year old daughter to go and all she got to sleep on was cushions from a settee.
The hotel guests were German/Russian/Italian they were one family of Scottish who were really nice.
The pool staff were rude and insulting, my daughter had a tattoo like they all do and the cleaners tried to charge us £70 to clean the sheets on the last day, which I refused to pay.
Definitely would not go back to Palm Beach.

| said: On the whole the hotel was very good. The facilities, hygiene were 1st class as was the service. Remember to tip the bar staff (only 2lev) and you will not have any problems. The location was ideal for us as it is just away from the more lively area,(only 1/2 mile). At the time of our trip there was no entertainment in the hotel, but there is a snooker table in the bar, and a 6 lane bowling alley.
The only let down was the food,it is a cold continental style buffet, both morning & night, and the same every day? (suggest BB only). However there is a wide variety of bars & restaurants close by offering excellent food & very very cheap. Try the Bistro Rolba to the right opposite the Metropol Hotel & to the left the Mirage Grill.

| said: The hotel was kept very clean and the majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is in the quieter end which was quite good for kids to sleep but no entertainment at all in the hotel when we were there.
The bowling alley is run seperately and costs extra.
Pool staff very rude and more interested in topping up their tan than guarding the pool.
Food is cold and basic. Be careful what you choose as it is not always easy to tell what you are eating.
Food outside hotel is very good and the restaurants and bars go out of there way to make you feel welcome.

| said: Stayed in a fabulous family room/suite which was huge, having a separate double bedroom, bathroom/shower room and a separate toilet. The lounge area had a leather 3 piece suite, dining room table and tv with fabulous views out over the beach and the black sea coast.
The hotel was always kept spotlessly clean and the maids came in every day and changed bedclothes and towels.
The hotel food was adequate with limited choice and as is the bulgarian norm,it was warm but not hot. A microwave was available if required.
The staff were quite friendly even more so the better you got to know them over the two weeks.
There was no real entertainment in the hotel itself,a couple of evenings a group of local Bulgarian dancers, but all the bars and restaurants had live acts.
