| said: Very clean and friendly hotel, although quiet. The rooms were large and well furnished. Food was not brilliant but edible. The kids pool area is set in a garden and the children's reps were very attentive.
Staff did not all speak English well but they made great efforts to communicate. They tried hard to help whenever requests were made of them.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

| said: This hotel is ideal for a retirement home, not recommended for families.
We had with us 1 teenager and 2 young children who were bored stiff less due to the lack of entertainment, which was bingo in 4 different languages which you had to pay extra for, a 30 minute slot of Bulgarian dancers and lets not forget our amazing disco, where there was no disco lights and you had to take your own C.D. The following week this entertainment was repeated.

| said: This hotel is new for 2004. Although the hotel was new and very clean the food was diabolical and you did not know what it was you were eating.
The staff could not speak very good English and we found that the safety in the hotel was not as you would expect. There were no fire safety regulations at all in the hotel and all fire escape doors were locked.
I would not reccommend this hotel and would not go to Bulgaria again.

| said: A new four star hotel where we put up with terrible food and a room that had water running down the walls and wet carpets when it rained. It rained for four days and the smell was terrible we moved to a different room on the fifth but they were still working on the room next door so we had to put up with
Drilling and noise during the day. The staff in the restaurant spoke no English and it took us ages just to order a bottle of water. This hotel had just opened and the staff had no idea how to run it.

| said: This Hotel opened the day before we arrived. Despite being assured that it was complete by the Tour Company it was not. Many of the facilities offered in the brochure were not available - some, such as the indoor swimming pool and gym had not even been built!
Initially, builders outnumbered guests. Dust and drilling noises were constant.
The staff appeared to have no idea how to run a hotel. We lost confidence in eating in the Hotel as we witnessed workmen drilling and sawing in the dining area whilst the plates which we were to eat on that night remained uncovered - perhaps, associated to the fact that several of our party ended up with stomach upsets?
Health and Safety was non-exsistent. Ladders into the pool were initally not fixed and the fire exit signs were put up a week after we arrived.
The hotel management apparently thought the disruption was minimal.
Unfortunately, these guest do not agree. Cannot recommend!
