misterc + missc from London travelled to Empire International with Independent on a couples holiday. There were 2 adults and 0 child(ren) in the party. The travel date was 01 2007
rated the Empire International as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: We were meant to be flying to Trivandrum, Kerala via Bangalore from Goa, but because there were delays in Goa we missed our connecting flight at Bangalore. We arrived at 9.30pm with no accommodation arranged. We had to use our trusted lonely planet and the Hotel Empire International had a spare room. A modern hotel, situated right in the city centre (about 20 mins by cab from the airport), we were relieved to find a room at this time of night. Friendly staff, hot water, room service, AC and TV and just a 5 minute walk to the western restaurants (kfc, mcdonalds, pizza hut, dominoes). Though there was a fair amount of street noise we’d recommend staying here, around 1800 rupees per night. Click here for more information on this hotel, resort and region
