| said: Myself and my family have stayed here on a number of occasions, the Hotel staff are always very pleasant and helpful, as are the cleaning ladies. The swimming pool is clean and refreshing, and lovely to sit by at the end of a lovely day at the beach which is a 5-10 mins walkaway. the rooms are basic but adequate and fridges TV's etc can be hired from Alfredo on reception. We intend to return on a regular basis.

| said: We were booked in for 10 nights to give us a change of scenery from the north of Goa. The grounds are attractive, the front desk staff rude and the rooms basic, but prison like.
The hotel is a good 15 minutes away from the beach and 5-10 minutes from the restaurants in this little village. On walking back from our evening meal, with roads poorly lit we passed what must have been a pack of 10 vocal dogs before reaching the hotel.
Dogs are generally all mouth and no trousers, but for any non dog lovers, this will be a problem. We stayed one night, wasn’t asked why we were leaving and wasn’t thanked when we paid the money for our one night stay.
