rated the Laguna Apartments as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: went on 14th june 2008 there is 18 apartments 3 apertments were occupied and on last night all our apartments were robbed there is no security at all. Natalie from Leeds travelled to Laguna Apartments with Thomas Cook on a singles holiday. There were 2 adults and 0 child(ren) in the party. The travel date was 09 2007
rated the Laguna Apartments as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: The apartments were basic but nice, the pool was nice too and the location of the resort was great due to peurto rico being in a valley very hilly. Although the apartments were the fine th staff were not, they didn't understand hardly any English and could really communicate. Also we had otems stole from our apartment but because there was no force to the front door they didnt want to know. We heard from other guests that quite a few other people had had items gone from there apartment with no force to the door either, and seen as there had being no maid in that day it is obvious that someone on the resort has a key. The maid only came once or twice and we were there for a week, We only had the towels changed once and the bed sheets werent changed at all.
