| said: Because of hotel location and the position of our room it meant a lift ride down four floors, a walk along side the pool and then down four flights of steep stone steps with no cover. The pool is not suitable for children or the elderly as it is over four feet deep at the shallow end and nine feet deep at the deep end with only metal ladder type steps for getting in and out of the pool. The sunbeds were made of wood (even the wheels!) and the mattresses very old and thin. This hotel could easily be very good with re-furbishing and alterations. They were short staffed all the time but the staff that were there qwere very helpfull and hard working.

| said: The hotel was in a fantastic location, lovely views only 5 to 10 mins walk to beach, and the square. About 3km from the strip, which we did walk to a couple of times, but must admit due to heat we did use a taxi to the strip which usually cost between 5 and 6 euros.
The hotel was nice clean and very quiet, the pool area was really nice and relaxing. Not many children staying there but our daughter who is 10 really enjoyed the pool. Only downside is no children’s section in pool but if arm bands and rubber rings used this is no problem. Our daughter was jumping in deep end, with no aids obviously we kept a close eye on her, but she is a good swimmer.
Breakfast was served either in restaurant or outside on the terrace if you preferred, breakfast was nice, fruit juice different breads jams, cheese and meats, croissants, bacon sausage scrambled or boiled eggs where on offer cereals fruit yogurt tea or coffee, there was a toaster also available.
The staff in the hotel where very helpful, when we arrived someone came to meet us outside and carried cases from taxi and then up to our room for us.
Never saw any entertainment at hotel as we went out in the evenings, but the bar served very nice reasonable priced food for lunch.

| said: We stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in July in 2 triple rooms on a b&b basis.
The hotel was very clean and staff friendly. The pictures that are posted on the hotel web site are note a true likeness to the hotel i.e.
The restaurant does not have a sea view and the rooms are not as big as shown. We had 2 single beds and a camp bed in a room which was booked as a triple room. The camp bed only just fitted in and you couldnt open the wardrobe as the bed was right next to it!
The pool bar only served food at certain times and there was no evening entertainment.
The pool area was lovely and quiet during the day but not very good for young children as it was quite deep.

| said: We stayed over new year for one week, the hotel was very well run and was justifiably a four star.
We had clean towels and sheets every day, there were no facilities for making a hot drink in the room so a travel kettle is a good idea. The breakfast was a bit strange because some days there was a buffet scrambled eggs streaky bacon and sausages and others there was a menu,it was as if they weren't quite sure what to do for the best, the food was nice but it's the first time we've stayed anywhere and couldn't have toast but there were rolls, cereals and plenty of fruit.
You have a great view from most of the rooms because they all face the sea although the lower rooms are obscured by a building opposite(2nd floor or lower. The hotel is on top of a hill when you look up from the beach its to the left so although you've got a great view it can be a bit of a trek back up from the pub at night(the best place's to eat are in the old town)10 minutes going down and 2 heart attacks coming back.
The hotel has a bar and the drinks are roughly the same as everywhere else 2 euro's for a pint of local lager but there wasn't any entertainment each time we went there.
To be fair we only saw about 6 other people the whole time we stayed there so it would have been a bit pointless.i've given it 3 because the bar staff were always good for a laugh.
