| said: I am a disabled man and I stayed at the hotel with a friend who was my carer, I hired equipment to help and as good as it was, it wasn't ideal, the hotel staff were there to help any time we needed help, the staff were so good.
Our stay was to have been a 2 week stay but sadly, not being used to the Florida heat, we had to cut our stay by a week but in that one week, we were on first name terms with a lot of the staff, always polite, always on hand when needed, sometimes it took a while due to their work load but they came.
The food we had at the hotel was plentiful and very good, so nice to eat outside and most of the time, in a peaceful surrounding.
One down side would have to be the distance from many of the attractions but this isn't the fault of the hotel, just hop onto one of the i-ride trolleys and it's not too far, and if it meant a taxi ride, a taxi was booked.
A wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, wonderful view from the room we were in.

| said: This was our second visit to this Hotel. We stayed here for 3 days before going on a cruise. We like this hotel because of the location at the entrance to Universal. We like to go into City Walk in the evening and visited the parks during the day.
The Hotel is very clean and the staff are helpful. We had a large room with 2 double beds and a view of the pool from the floor to ceiling window! The bathroom was clean, with nice thick towels, toiletries and hairdryer and a powerful shower over the bath.
The Carnival bar in the foyer is very good and they do some very nice meals. There is also a seafood bar which has geat snow crab and shrimp.
The hotel also has some fast food outlets such as a deli, pizzahut, and coffee shop.
We did not use the pool area but this looked very nice and pool towels were available.
We did not have breakfast in the Hotel, instead we walked a few mintes to a place called Cracker Barrell which serves excellent breakfasts and make you anything you want.
This is a very nice hotel in a great location and we have booked again for 2008.
