Everything about the Atlantis was super. The rooms, the cleanliness, the staff the only complaint we had and i suppose it was a big one at the time was that of 17 restaurants I believe it had at the time, the choice was still limited. Many of the restaurants were very formal and had a stiff atmosphere. There were very little choices in the evening for casual tasty "TGI" or "hard rock cafe" style dining. This was really dissappointing. We were a young couple on honeymoon looking forward to some nice relaxing meals and some drinks afterward but really the only choice was the Atlas bar where we ended up eating 3 times in one week! We also discovered a nice Bahamian restaurant and a lovely relaxed cozy italian over at "hurricane hole" just outside the complex and we walked into Nassau for fajitas and cocktails on the harbour another night... all of which were better options than donning a jacket for the evening for my husband! The pools, the water attractions and water exhibits were all 2nd to none and so enjoyable but it was just the dining options that let us down badly. I would go back in the knowledge that I would not be eating at the hotel in the evening times. Breakfast options were also very expensive, for someone who just likes toast or a bagel in the morning, $22 (at the time) did not seem like good value for a breakfast buffet.
