rated the Jungle Village Hotel as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: Located in Thekkaddy. This was a new hotel which consisted of separate log cabins. There was a swimming pool and separate restaurant. The rooms were a bit dark being all wood, but cosy and adequate for a one night stop. The food in the restaurant was good with alcohol available. Needed a torch to see your way to the restaurant from the cabin, we did have a power cut. We could also have done with some heating in the room as it was quite cold in December when we visited but we were ok once we were in bed. TV's were in the room but local channels.
