We had an excellent holiday. The hotel, staff, food etc were all great. The staff could not do enough for us, they are always busy cleaning etc. The rooms did smell a little musty and could do with refurbishment, but this did not seem to matter as every attempt was made to keep things clean, and the climate is damp and humid.

The animation team really try to entertain but will leave you alnoe if you would rather chill. My only critism would be that the team could have included some traditional entertainment into their program.

We stayed for a week at Palm Garden - the hotel is kept immaculately clean at all times - there was always someone cleaning something!

The food we found to be excellent - very unusual for two vegetarians going all-inclusive - we usually have to make do with chips and salad! There was the obligatory curry corner, but also a good range of other dishes - with themed nights (Mediterranean, Mongolian etc) throughout the week.

Also had a romantic meal at the tree-house - this was not included but so worth the money. You were literally in a tree house, seven course meal with a violinist playing for you - Wow!

The hotel is right on the beach -close to a few shops but not much else around.

The staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Everyone says that the people are friendly and we concur with this! We never saw one person who did not have a smile on their face!

Entertainment was good if you wanted it. There were many activities during the day to participate in if you wanted. We tend not to join in very much but were asked (not hassled) if we wanted to take part.

Did not see much evening entertainment but others did and said it was good. The animation team obviously work very hard, as do all the other staff.
