The hotel was a traditional one with lovely decor. The room was very pretty and adequate for our needs and was cleaned daily.

The staff were friendly and very helpful and most speaking very good English. We tried a little French between us but there wasnt really any need to.

The breakfast was a cold buffet served on the roof with inside and outside seating. Inside seating was in a tent like environment. The buffet was mainly biscuits and cereal and once the jam run out that was it, not replaced. There was juice, coffee and tea to drink. We ate in the evening twice at the hotel and the first one was very nice but the 2nd wasnt quite as nice. The score of 2 we have given was really for the breakfast.

There was no entertainment in this hotel.

The hotel location we found ok actually as we really wouldnt of liked to be any closer to the Medina etc. Taxis were cheap and easily got.

We would stay in this hotel again but it is unlikely we will be returning to Marrakesh.

Beautiful, very traditional decor. We had a three star room, which was perfectly adequate and had an en suite with shower and bath. Cleaners came in daily.

Breakfast was a cold buffet served on the roof terrace. Dinner was served at tables for 6, so meals were always shared with other guests. Dinner is a relaxed, 5 course affair and although vegetarians could have been better catered for, it was all good well prepared food.

The hotel does not serve any alcohol, but there are nearby restaurants which do.

There is a pool and on site hammam but we didn't use these so can't comment.

The hotel is in the new city, and about a half hour walk from the Medina which was fine for us. Taxis are cheap if the walk seems too much.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They will arrange transport if requested to and can arrange places on day excursions run by a local company.

We went on a couple of these and really enjoyed both.
