To be honest the staff were friendly enough the cleaners were good and friendly. The food wasnt really nice at all .We ended up eating in the flower of scotland each night which was really nice. The location was slap bang in the middle of night clubs.Entertainment non existant.

This hotel had a great location and was nice and clean.
We were disappointed with the breakfast selection and ate out most mornings. We were pleased we had not booked half or full board.
We did not find the hotel staff particularly helpful nor professional except that is for the cleaning staff who were very helpful and friendly.
Don't think there was any entertainment and the hotel lacked in atmosphere.

The location of this hotel at a corner of the strip is close to many local bars. These at night pump out extremely loud music until after 4 am. This hotel is not suitable unless you are a late-night party person.

The hotel accommodation has two sides. The pool side is fine. If you have a room on the 'strip' side you will find it almost impossible to sleep. After 2 nights of hell we managed to transfer to an apartment. We met several other people who had also complained. Some were able to change rooms.

The hotel was quite clean and the staff very helpful.

There was no adult entertainment and children's entertainment was limited.

This hotel is definitely not for small children. the bar was not very inviting.

The breakfast area was large with plenty of choice.

When we pulled in to the hotel car park we weren't sure if we had the right one! It was too nice for what we had paid. It is a lovely hotel, really clean the rooms were nicely decorated and a good size. The hotel is right in the centre of the strip so a bit noisy at night. But then you wouldn't book this hotel if you wanted peace and quiet! The pool was lovely, the area surrounding the pool was maybe a little shabby but not that bad.The location was great as you are surrounded in bars and restaurants. I would definately book this hotel again.I can't comment on the hotel entertainment as we didn't see any as we went out every night.

Have just come back from a weekend stag do and having read the above comments was dreading it .

However since the last 2 reports it has improved immeasurably .The pool area was clean with plenty of loungers and a kiddies pool . The rooms were clean and the maids came round every day to make the beds . The day staff also were very polite although the night porter left a bit to be desired .

Central location right on the strip so is a bit loud but for a couple of days partying was perfect. Only downside was the breakfast wasnt great but then what do you expect for

We booked this hotel as a last minute deal through our local travel agents.

The description of the hotel led us to believe it would be suitable for a short break, on arrival we soon found out this was wrong .

There was building works taking place on the exterior of the hotel leaving it looking tired and on entering the dark reception we were greeted by a lone member of staff who told us where our room was but offered no assistance with our luggage.

The lifts and corridors were also dark and dank and several electric fittings were missing along it. We entered our room which had two beds just barely 12 inches off the floor, the curtains in the room needed cleaning and when pulled back allowed us a view of broken slats on the shutters and dirty balcony furniture.

The view from here was even worse, the sun loungers had been left out all winter and were now faded and dirty and there were no more than 10 off them out all in the same condition. These beds were positioned around a pool that looked clean unlike the patio area around it that had broken tiles and had grass and weeds growing through them.the food for breakfast was as bad almost comical ,we stayed one night and got out!

2 star maybe at best, no way 4 star dont make the same mistake as we did .
