| said: The food at this hotel was undercooked and generally terrible and I am not a fussy eater, take immodium with you if you are going. The hotel literature stated that the resort was within walking distance from the hotel, it wasn't, you needed a taxi to get anywhere. The hotel receptionist was officous and unhelpful. There was supposed to be a night bar but this wasn't opened for the week of our stay and the bar in reception was closed at 11pm. The swimming pool was cold and there was a charge of £5 to use both the Sauna and the hot tub.

The food is cold and disgusting and the the hotel is a long distance from town - this means if you want to eat something decent you have to travel by taxi - these are a rip off!! Average of about £10 one way into town or the slopes. The heating and water went off most afternoons - just what you needed when you wanted a warm soak in a bath after a day on the slopes!
All in all a very dissappointing holiday - this hotel needs to sort itself out if it wants to be full during the snow season - there are many hotels and many more being built - don't chose this one!!
