rated the Shangri- La\'s Rasa Sayang as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: If you are stopping in Penang there is only this hotel to stop in. If you stop in the rasa wing you get a bath on the balcony of your room. Free drinks around the pool, cocktails and any drinks you wish from 3 to 7pm every night in there lounge. Your own private pool for that wing. The staff are attentive without being over bearing. The hotel cleanliness is immaculate. The food is lovely. But it was all the little things that make this hotel, like being met at the door of the hotel by staff with orchids. The constant free fruit, chocolates, and wine that would appear in your room. The location is great. One of our favourite hotels in the world. Our favourite staff member was Yanti you cant miss her. Click here for more information on this hotel, resort and region
