| said: Domina Coral Bay casino {sultan} worst Holiday & Hotel we have ever had. Not 5* as advertised on web-site.Booked All-inclusive through Freedom Direct travelled 2 Adults 2 Children August 07. Food not cooked properly, drinks served warm even bottled water warm enough to heat water bottles up in Winter.All-inclusive only available in small area complex, no variety of snacks on lunch-time. Night time sitting round small pool 13 tables with 4 chairs round each, if lucky to get one if not sit on the wall or some steps or stand. Building work going on so your early morning call at 7am. No entertainment unless you madeyour own. No Activities at all for the children,only time signs of the animation team on night when they like to Dress like bunch idiots. Complaint to Rep as well as Management asked to be moved from Complex but only offered us another room different part complex same facilties even Management said it would be no different. Manager said he'd received loads complaints. Husband upset stomach & cramps from Day 2 myself & children from day 10 this has continued a week on from arrival back into the UK due to uncooked food.Everything about this Holiday was that Bad even tried to book flights back on Day 5 of the Holiday, but without success. Have written to Holiday Company as Rep & Management also advised me to but as yet waiting a reply. My advise if Booked? change now! or cut your losses & stay at home, as we were not the only people whom were complaining, first time we have wanted to come back home when we have been on Holiday

| said: The Domina Sultan Hotel and Resort is by far the worst all inclusive hotel I have come across in Egypt. I totally miss repressive the concept of "Superior 5 star" all inclusive accommodation. Should only be rated at 2 to 3 stars.
Example of the failures are:- may items from the web pages are not included in the AI package. E.g. no dedicated club carts.
Only allowed to drink in one very small bar. No beach bar service. Limited choice of restaurants standard of food ranges from cold and very poor to poor and some times warm. No a la carte but set menus and long queuing at breakfast and dinner.
Resort is run on Moscow time one hr. on from Egypt time. Therefore lots of eastern Europeans “Russians”
Lot more problems and faults. Lots of walking to beach, restaurant and up and down slops.

I have visited Egypt on 5 other trips and other hotels were all good.

| said: The hotel is very big and you need to get round on the TafTaf they supply. Everything was fine, could not fault the hotel.
Our room was overlooking the sea, so we awoke to the sun every morning and even saw the sunrise at 645am. That's worth getting up for. Our room was spotlessly cleaned by a young man of 19, who made our towels into all kinds of things and was very friendly and helpful. The room had a queen size bed, very comfortable. Also a mini fridge that we kept our water in. There was also a single bed like a futon. Tv was very good 2 movie channels and CNN News.
The food was very good and the staff always happy to help, our halfboard included wines, beer, coke and water. There is no need to go off the resort as everything is there.
We also went on the glass bottom boat to see the fish and coral, definetely worth the £11 we paid each. There is also a pontoon that you can sit on and snorkel from. The beach towels are supplied and a van comes round selling cold drinks and snacks. Lots of salsa dancing, yoga or just chill on the beach.
We had a massage by the pool, cost £17. Very relaxing.
In all a fab time was had by both of us. We would go back again.
