We booked this place as we were going flight only, whilst expensive at 1500 rupees a night (roughly £18 at the time) it was well worth it.
The villa is split into two sections with a large main living area with 3 fans and a double bed plus fridge etc and then upstairs another smaller living area with another double bed and storeage space etc. So each villa could comftably sleep four people.
Also if you were just wanting a pool/hotel based holiday this is definately the place to be, has a nice sized pool and also as you walk down the lush gardens you come to the hotels own private shack and beach area. The food/drink costs are much the same as any other shack along the section of beach.
Plenty of staff to help and they dont even ask for tips which is a first, couldnt believe it when i tried to give the luggage boys some dosh and they had already darted out the room.
Plenty of piece and quiet as you are away from the calangute nightlife (only 50rps in taxi though all taxi prices are located in the main reception and the hotel taxis have all agreed to them so no getting ripped off) and also way away from the hotel bar etc.
This has got top be one of the top hotels for the money in Goa if not the world, superb........
