| said: The Hotel looked fabulous on arrival but after being allocated our rooms (3 in total) we soon changed our minds.
One room was good but both other rooms were terrible. Everything you touched fell apart.
The wardrobe doors fell off, the showers were incomplete, two beds fell apart, the door handles fell off and the rooms smelled musty. We asked to move but were told no other rooms.
The staff were miserable and not helpful at all.
The food was warm not hot. We had chips every night, no other potato choice at all.
The only entertainment was two men on guitars in restaurant and someone playing piano in lounge area.
Would not stay there again or recommend.

| said: The hotel looked lovely as we arrived.
When we got to the room and it was small and smelly. The toilet didn't work, when we complained they sent someboby who couldn't fix it and told us to lift the cistern lid and pull the string inside. Tried to change rooms was told that was the only room avaliable.
The attitude of the staff was not pleasent. The food was ok they do serve a lot of the food colder than what I would be used to. There was no entertainment in the hotel.
They had 2 bars and a nightclub. It was a lot dearer in hotel then in the resort for drink i.e a cup of tea would cost you 3.50lev in hotel and 2lev in apres ski
