| said: This hotel was dated and tired and could by no stretch of my imagination be described as a 4 star. It is in desperate need of updating. The rooms were small, old fashioned and basic, the balconies, which we paid extra for were even smaller. There wasn't any entertainment or activities for the whole week we were there despite it being high season. The nightclub was never open. The pool was unispiring and we spent everyday at another hotel's pool. The food was luke warm and not catered towards the English at all. The restaurant staff were rude and unhelpful. When I asked if there were any glasses the staff member just replied "no" There always seemed to be a shortage of bread, juice, cornflakes and crockery at breakfast if it was after 9.30am even though breakfast was up until 10am. All in all a very disappointing hotel which was far from cheap. My letter of complaint is on it's way to the travel company as I write!
