| said: The hotel was lovely and clean and in a ideal location. The pool was of a good size and sun loungers were always available. However, snacks were not avialbale to buy around the pool e.g toasties, chips, sandwiches etc. When we asked if we could buy some chips from the restaurant and take it round the pool we were told we couldn't, however we saw other guests doing this.
The hotel was mainly full of other nationality's other than English and therefore we found the food was catered more for people from Germany, Sweden etc. We found the food horrible with little choice. We only ate in the restaurant about 5 times in 2 weeks as it was really poor. The food was served cold and there was no yoghurts or fruit served with breakfast. Instead there was plenty of salad and cold pancakes.
We had to eat out for most of the holiday as we found the food was really poor. The brouchure says there are two restaurants but this is not true. There is a dining room upstairs for people who are on half board basis, where food is self service and the main restaurant is down stairs where you have to pay.
There was also little entertainment at the hotel.
The rooms was a decent size and had a fridge to put in drinks etc.
The rooms did not have airconditioning but we found the nights to be quite cool so was not needed.
