| said: The Hotel was clean! Towels could of been changed more regular! The food for breakfast was quite bad but hay its not the be all and end all of the holiday!! I was very wary of going to this hotel as it does look rubbish from the outside but inside it was a very high 3 star if they made a few alterations it could be a 4 star, the attitude of the staff was rubbish, and the porter wanted a tip for taking our bags from the reception to the lift but he didnt get one, ha ha. But the room was good had all your key things for having a good holiday, location was quite good, the hotel is mainly for low budget holiday i would say and not for families mainly for young people like myself.
The resort was not what i expected it was amazing had all your bars and clubs you need and the shopping aint too bad, the happy hours are even better the beaches are a bit of a rip off!! but dont eat on the main strip the price of food doubles if not triple and it isnt that good, go down the back roads, the people are alot nicer aswell, the bulgarians dont like the english at all they favour the germans, but i dont know why that is!!! i found them very rude!! no offence!!
But overall i had a fantastic holiday and dont believe what you read on here people come on here to moan so i thourght i would tell it as it is, and it is a great place and people dont get mugged as much as they say, its just the stupid that dont have no street awareness!!! Honestly have a brilliant time because i did!!!!!

*Pool very small but there is a water park very close that charge 5lev (£2) for a sunbed if you want (pool is free) slides are 15 lev per day. Also just 10 min walk from beach.
*Food not bad, we only had breakfast but it was OK
*Location Ideal to access shops, bars, beach etc

| said: The Royal Central Hotel is centrally located on the main road just round the corner from the Kuban Hotel it is therefore at the Heart of Sunny Beach with all amenities that the resort provides.
The evening meals were well prepared and above average for the normal 3 star bulgarian Hotel standard. The only problem is that if staying HB you do not get to choose from the A La Carte menu, but from a set prelist, which after a week you will have had everything from the list, therefore if staying for 2 weeks it would get repetitive. Having said that the food was very good.
Cannot fault the hotel cleanliness, rooms were cleaned daily, loo rolls given daily but towels were only refreshed every 3 days though.
All the staff were very friendly and in particular a mention should be given to the Restaurant staff who bent over backwards to help an eldery British couple enjoy a fornights holiday. Well done.
The hotel does not provide entertainment except in the bar which tended to be loud pop music.... however Sunny Beach is on your doorstep.
All in all I would say this is a Very Good (Up-market) Budget Hotel, having visited Sunny Beach & other parts of Bulgaria since 2002.
The downside to the hotel is that the Pool is on a roof garden and is fairly small.
Also this visit was the first time "out" of season for me visiting Bulgaria, I have gone June, July, August & September in various years. May in Bulgaria is warmer than Britain but not by much.
