| said: We have just arrived from a week stay in the Pinhal da Marina apartments and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.
There are two different types of blocks within the complex. There is the standard studios and apartments and there are the superior studios and apartments. The superior block is the new block with a new pool. Would definitely recommend the new block, although our friends stayed in a standard studio and for the price the room was very nice. It was very modern with separate kitchen and separate bathroom. All studios and apts. are very spacious!!. The superior apt. that we stayed in was very big, had t.v with BBC 1,2&4, itv1&2, euro sport and sky movies. It had a leather sofa and to armchairs, fully equipped kitchen. Huge balcony with two sun loungers and pool right outside. Big bedroom, big bathroom, heated towel rail, hairdryer and heaters controlled by yourself. Everything in the superior apt. was brand new and very clean.
Hotel itself was very clean.
Staff really nice and friendly spoke good English.
We had food in the hotel restaurant only once as we were self catering and it was at a very good standard.
The location of the hotel was good for sleep but was a 20 minute walk to the marina and centre but it only cost 4euros to jump in a taxi which took 5minutes.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation with a high standard.
