It is on the main sreet where all the restaurants and bars are in Senegambia strip.

Stayed at Sarge's Hotel in Dec 05 and again in Dec 06. Biggest disappointment was breakfast had changed from cooked breakfast in 2005 to continental in 2006 - you now have to pay extra for cooked breakfast. - very basic hotel.
We stayed as a group of 6 fellas on fishing trip and it was just about acceptable, but my wife would NEVER accept the very basic and run down state of this hotel. Water was often cold only and some rooms were very musty smelling.
I would not go back to this Hotel - for just a few poiunds extra there is so much better available (Senegambia Hotel is just around the corner - much better facilities)
