| said: We arrived in Nha Trang after a short flight from HCM, we were met at the airport by the hotel staff who promptly asked for our luggage labels/tickets as the driver would get our case from the carousel, we were then take to a mini bus were we where given cold face clothes and a bottle of chilled water.......much appreciated.
The journey from the airport took approx 45 mins and we were given lots of information regarding Nha Trang including various trips that are available. When we reach the hotel we were given a cold fruit drink and sat down to complete the paper work. We were taken to our rooms and given instruction on how to use/set the safe, work the shower and tv etc. within 10 mins our cases had arrived and 10 minute later we had a phone call asking if we were satisfied with the room.
The hotel staff were incredibile they couldnt do enough for you and never without a smile. The swimming pool area was lovely with plenty of sunbeds, kept very clean even to a point that one of the poolstaff actually got into the pool to clean round the waters edge. We were made very welcome by the pool and bar staff. Snacks were available and although the food was very good there wasnt alot of variety.
The breakfast was very good indeed with every nationality of food availalbe and plenty of it.
The hotel has a nice gym and spa, although neither seemed very busy.
The hotel had its own private beach and beach seller were'nt allow to approach you other than you requested them to. The view down the beach was fabulous not many beach shacks or people for that matter.
