| said: We stayed at the majestic for 3 nights and what a beautiful hotel it is.
We had a colonial deluxe room over looking the swimming pool, there was dressing gowns and slippers in the wardrobe, well stoked mini bar, fresh fruit daily,all sorts of toiletries in the bathroom,and a bedtime story with chocolates was placed on your bed each night when the room boy turned your bed down.
Fantastic views looking out to the saigon river at night whilst enjoying cocktails or tiger beer, you had a choice of bar b q on level 5 or menu level 7, there was also buffet style dining in the main restaurant.
Entertainment, for what we saw it was o.k singers or band.
The hotel was spotless and we were very impressed with all of the staff, we would certainly reccomend this hotel and would return.

| said: Arrived at hotel 1.30pm after a long flight from UK to be told our rooms weren't ready, which wasn't a problem as checkin was 2pm, so we were directed to the roof top bar for a cold beer and informed that the staff would ring the bar when our rooms were ready. The view from the bar was lovely looking down the river watching the boats and ferry. After a good hour and 3 Tiger beers we returned to receiption to enquiry how much longer the rooms would be at which point we where handed the keys, not sure how much longer they would have left us spending our money in the bar before informing us our rooms were ready! The rooms were very nice and clean although our window looked onto the hotels back yard but it was very quiet and we were only there for 3 nights so not too fussed about the view. There is a swimming pool on the 1st floor but we didnt even go see it Im afraid.
After unpacking and a quick shower we ventured out and was pleased with the location of the hotel.
We only eat breakfast in the hotel and found it to be very good with plenty of choice, the restaurant was busy but the staff did clear the table pretty quickly.
Regarding entertainment we only used the hotel for a base although one evening we came back to the hotel and decided to have a night cap and watch the 'band' only to be told that they had finished we were a little surpirsed as it was only 10.30pm.
I probably wouldnt stay in this hotel again but that not because we didnt enjoy our stay its because we like to try other hotels,
