| said: Luisa by The Sea is a complex of about 40 detached villa's in a fabulous location in Cavelossim. It nestles between the River Sal and the beach and there are a number of great restaurants, shacks and shops etc. nearby. The complex has 24 hour security and two swimming pools as well as beautifully laid out gardens. A wonderfully tranquil setting but in a central location. The villa/bungalow we stayed in was owned by a Goan Couple now living in Canada who run www.demfer.com it had two en-suite bedrooms a lounge with cable TV and a small kitchen area with a fridge, kettle toaster small cooker (more like a gas camper stove) and basic cooking utensils. A maid comes daily to clean the villa as well as make breakfast (though we just made our own)and she is so friendly as is the handyman who will also help you out with anything. they have there own driver who picked us and dropped us off at the airport and there was no charge for this.Would we stay here again........without question yes it had everything we wanted with the added bonus of more privacy than a hotel can offer.

| said: We stayed in a villa at this resort which we booked directly through demfer travels based in Canada as we had stayed in Cavelossim the previous year and had a look around the villa complex. What a difference to staying in a hotel, absolute freedom. We had 2 ensuite large bedrooms,cable TV,fridge,cooking facilities,beautiful gardens and a huge pool at the end of our garden path. The villa was thoroughly cleaned daily and our wonderful maid brought any kind of breakfast food we requested absolutely free. The whole complex is smack in the middle of Cavelossim with a private gate to the beach 5 minutes away,but it is sheilded from everything by a long drive and you would not know it was there. This is the best location in Cavelossim and we are heading back in 6 weeks time, this time there are 8 of us and we have booked 4 bedroomed house within the complex right on the banks of the river.If you fancy a change from hotel living I cannot reccommend Luisa By The Sea highly enough.
