The bathroom/toilet was small, but that is what we expected in a Greek apartment anyway, unusually we had a shower tray and shower curtain. The room had a spacious balcony with a clothes airer and a view of the swimming pool.
The room had a spacious wardrobe, bedside table, and dresser with a table and chairs as well. Electrical points were conveniently located and there were plenty of them. At least 5 that I saw, including two near the dresser, which are handy for the ladies air dryers and straightners.
Self Catering facilities are, like most apartments limited but adequate, which we don’t mind as we eat out for all meals anyway. There was a portable hob (2 rings), kettle, 3 cups, bowls, plates, glasses, and cutlery. Two pans for cooking a kettle and decent sized fridge (for the Mythos and Ouzo.
The apartments were very clean, and cleaned everyday but Sunday, Linen and towels were clean and replaced once a week. I would say that these were the best apartments we had been in when visiting Kardemena and we would have no problem in recommending them. One thing to note is that 3 of the twin studios do not have a balcony, which may be off putting to some people.
The pool, sunbeds and surrounding areas were very clean and well kept. Your were not allowed to take your own food and drink to the pool, which is fair enough as the use of the pool and sunbeds was free. And the prices charged for drinks and snacks were on a par with other bars and restaurants in the resort anyway.
The staff, which mainly consisted of the owner and his sons was first class. They always had time to speak to you, and even remembered us from 2 years ago when we stayed at different apartments without a pool and therefore used the Agrellis pool.
Safety deposit boxes were available for what I thought was an incredibly cheap price of 5 Euro’s per week and these are located in the 24 Hour manned reception of the Hotel part of the apartments. They have CCTV on each floor of the apartments and hotel, including the reception.
The hotel has a 24 hour bar, with prices again on a par with the rest of the resort so it was always a handy venue for a drink (or two or even three) before retiring for the night.
The apartments are located a 10-15 minute walk from the main square, on the Cocktails and Dreams end of the resort which does tend to be quieter, than the main square and bar street areas.

From the moment we landed at the Hotel at 1.45 am we were made to feel really welcome by the friendly owners and their two sons. The bar was open all night and our one for the road ended with a stagger to be at 8.00 am joined by most of the incoming flights arriving throughout the night.
The owners soon offered free drinks at every opportunity, (even 10 am)!!!
The hotel was spotless and rooms cleaned every day, mini bar stocked daily and prices the same as the bar. The food served at the poolside bar was good, with breakfasts, rolls, burgers etc all to a good quality nothing was too much trouble for the family who made sure your holiday was relaxed and happy.
All in all a great place if you just want to relax by the pool during the day.
