| said: We have just returned from a 5 day trip to Marrakech and stayed in l'Atlas Asni hotel. The reception of this hotel is stunning, with fresh flowers, water feature, marble walls, floors etc, rooms are more 3 star but were comfortable. Big bathroom with a bath and shower, TV, king size bed, balcony.
Breakfast was the best orange juice, lots of breads, croissants, pastries, pancake type thing, boiled egg, scrambled egg, salad, cereals, tea or coffee.
The hotel was a bit too far for us to walk into the main sq about a good 30-40 mins walk but taxi was 20 mad day time and 30 at night which is around 1.25 to 1.80 so not much.
The only thing I can say that we weren’t too pleased with was the cost of things in the hotel, they really know how to over charge, small bottle of beer £3, meals were at least double outside the hotel, nothing was free you even had to pay for the sauna, hence we didn’t use any of the facilities. This was a shame as if they had been a reasonable price we would have, hairdressers were £11 for a wash and blow dry which for Morocco is very dear
