| said: This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Pictures in the brochures don't do it justice. Picturesque location. Although a little away from the main street - easily reached by very cheap taxis.
We stayed in a ground floor, garden view room. Kingsize bed, fridge, t.v, tea and coffee making facilities. Fresh bottles of water daily. All areas of the hotel were spotlessy clean. Staff were helpful and pleasant at all times.
We had paid for bed and breakfast, served until 10.45am. Buffet style, but will make fresh omelettes, waffles, pancakes etc. As much fresh juice, tea and coffee as you wanted. Superb!
Lovely pool area. Comfortable, padded sun loungers, with towels provided.
The only negative comment would be the price of drinks in the hotel compared to the beach shacks or restaurants. Hope to return next year.

| said: We stayed at Fort Aguada in December 2007. We had a cottage in the grounds and it was fabulous. Couldn't fault a thing, probably only down side was the guests were a bit snooty didnt mix at all. The staff were brilliant, we got bitten the first day we were there and the waitress in the restaurant sent out for some cream for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Every morning we had a paper delivered and we had a visit each evening to ask us if we needed anything. The TV was very good, lots of english progs if you want to watch telly. The hotel is in a great position, you can walk all the way to Calangute and its so handy for all the bars etc. Eating in the hotel is expensive compared to outside and we spent all our evenings up and down the road at various restaurants/bars. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone it was brilliant.

| said: We had a great holiday at this smart hotel.
The staff were lovely always smiling and helpful.
The breakfast was great but should have been included in the price. We didn't realise we had been over charged till we got home and have not been able to resolve it. We only ate in one night which was the gala dinner. Food was great but compared to the prices in town very expensive.
The pool area and bars are well looked after and staff as always helpful.
