We agree with everything good which has been said about these aparments.
Scrupulously clean and within easy walking distance of Lagos town with other restaurants nearby if you dont fancy going there.
The walk is gradually downhill and easy for oldies like us. Coming back by taxi costs around 5 euros. Regular free minibus to Lagos and the beach and back again at specified times.
Some slight noise from dogs now and again as this is a residential area.
Although there is strict advice by apartment management about not "booking" sunbeds by the use of towels, we noticed some UK families ignoring this!
I must add that there is not a lot to do for the younger generation around here. We will definitely go back here!

Fantastic! One of the best holidays Ive ever been on! Great staff and great facilities. The two bathrooms was a brilliant idea and made the apartment itself even better. No complaints at all!!

Vilabranca Apartments are the best we've stayed in anywhere and we've done a lot.
Excellent pool and children loved it. Great for families but a bit of a hike to the town. Downhill there, taxi back!

I've just returned from a wonderful week in the Vilabranca complex. I had a one bedroomed apartment which was spacious, very tastefully furnished and had a well equipped kitchen, including fridge freezer, coffee maker and full gas cooker. The maid service was excellent, with the apartment being cleaned every day and the towels/linen changed twice a week.
The food in the restaurant was tasty, there was also an extensive snack menu during the day. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The supermarket just across the road has almost anything that you'd need while a couple of mins walk away are a number of restaurants. The complex offered a shuttle bus service to Lagos and Praia Porto de Mos beach several times a day. This was very useful as there was quite a hill up from the beach and also from the town to the complex. Only downside was there was no air conditioning but they intend to have it installed in all apartments by next summer.
I'm looking forward to going back there next year.

Our second visit to Lagos produced our first visit to the Vilabranca Apartments which are one of the best quality apartments we have stayed in.
The apartments are situated in a residential area of Lagos about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the town centre. Apartments are modern and spacious and the complex has 2 seperate pool areas both serving good quality snacks throughout the day. On site there is an a la carte restaurant which for some reaon we did not try. All the staff are friendly and helpful - the maids were excellent !
The complex runs a bus down the town and Praia Mos beach during the day
There is a small local supermarket 50 m away from the complex and a large 'tesco ' type supermarket 3 minutes away by car
approximately 5 minutes walk on the tulip rounabout there is a group of good quality restaurants especially O'Piratas.
Lagos itself is superb - not too much commercial tourism but good quality restaurants.
This was one of the best holidays we have been on - this coming from a person who has lived and breathed Puerto de la Cruz in Tenerife for the past 20 years - 3x a year

The apartments were very clean and suprisingly spacious. The cooking facilites were great. The pool was very clean and the complex had a friendly feel about it, not too big with too many people. The daily bus service was very useful and therefore the location was not a big problem at all. The staff were very friendly and i would love to go again. Probably the best holiday i've ever been on.
