| said: We stayed here over Christmas 2006. Our main reason was we do not have a large family to be with over the festive season and very few hotels seem to do anything but provide food and possible music/dancing.
The Manor House Hotel provides numerous craft activities such as pottery, jewellery making, card making, candle making plus archery, golf, bowling, tennis and clays. There are 3 swimming pools and both a younger and older kids playroom. There is also a spa offering such treatments as massages, reflexology and manicures.
There was plenty of good quality food too. In short we were able to have a busy Christmas as well as indulging ourselves.
We booked to go back next Christmas before we left which, I think, speaks for itself.
