rated the Southwold Hotel as follows: Cleanliness Location Staff Food Entertainment	said: This hotel is in a residential area just off the seafront in Skegness. The hotel is excellent and is homely. Sitting in the 'residents lounge' you'd think you're in the lounge of a family home. It's run by a couple who are very friendly and have a great sense of humour. Entertainment is TV, DVD player, stereo and board/boxed games (they do have Jenga). The rooms are very homely and do have TV in them as well as facilities for making tea/coffee.
