Very friendly, accomdating staff who make a fuss of you and your family, making you feel welcome from start to finish.
We stayed in a studio - which was quite small but clean & comfortable. When I go again I'll book a 1 bedroomed appartment.
Pay for the aircon!! It's a godsend (Although expensive @ 55euro a week)
Snack bar serves nice choice of food. No problems there.
Entertainment is quiz nights & karoake - good laugh.
You can always find a sunbed - even in peak summer - this was a major plus, not having to get up early every day..
The pool area is nice, the pool is okay.
Great location - in the centre + near beaches..
If you want a clean, friendly 'local' hotel you can't go wrong!!

I booked direct with the owner as I needed a two bedroomed apartment on the ground floor for me, my sister and my mother who has difficulty in walking.
We left our mother by the pool one day when we went exploring. The staff looked after her without being asked and kept her supplied with mugs of hot chocolate (the temperature was 75 - 80!) and the odd glass of white wine! They went out of their way to make her feel not so alone.
The pool was great - clean and inviting.
The rooms were typical greek apartments - fairly basic but clean and comfortable.
