| said: Very disappointed with the apartments after having excellent accomodation in previous 3years with Kosmar. Stayed in room 4 which was on ground floor,the view from the window was onto the stairs leading to apartments above and roof garden, so spent all of the 2 weeks with curtains drawn. Roof garden could have been a lot better with a little thought put in! Only got one hand towel and one very small bath towel between 2 people and only one toilet roll for entire holiday. When we enquired about towels and toilet rolls we were told it wasn't a hotel and we should expect this in self catering apartments. We have never experienced this in any of the other apartments in Greece which we have stayed in with Kosmar.
Some disturbance from the bar in the early hours when people heading home, but also from the staff in the mornings.
Loved Haraki resort and would definitely go back-just not to the Haraki Beach Apartments.
If you are heading to Haraki be sure to visit 'Jack's Bar' Jack, Paula and staff very friendly and can't do enough to help you.
Lovely tavernas, people friendly, loved the resort!
Not surprised to learn on our holiday that Kosmar will no longer be using these apartments again!

| said: My advice to everyone is do not stay at these apartments.
The apartments were built 8 years ago incorporating a bar which is the loudest/busiest bar in Haraki. The back door to the bar leads into the main entrance of the apartments. At night between midnight and 4am the young locals pile out the bar back door shouting and creating a noisy disturbance which meant every night we never got to sleep to the early hours of the morning. Once the youngsters got into the street they all rev up their motorbikes for ages before going home. It really spoilt the holiday. We found out from local people that the noise from the bar has been getting steadily worse over the years. Kosmar/XL are not using these apartments after the 2008 season, one assumes it is because of the large numbers of complaints they have had. BEWARE, heed this warning.

| said: Just got back from a Two week stay in the Haraki Beach Studios and in my opinion the studios are noisy and way below the standard of accomodation we have been used to with Kosmar.
The bottom floor studios numbers 1 to 4 have no balcony but do have the use of a roof terrace with lovely views but a lack of adequate chairs and tables to cater for 8 people and could be made more attractive with some plants etc. The top four studios 5 to 8 do have small balconies and are less prone to noise disturbance.
We actually requested a move from room 4 because even with earplugs in we suffered from noise disturbance from the bar on a Saturday night. These studios also have a most unattractive view of of a staircase to the upper studios giving no privacy at all unless you keep the curtains drawn.

| said: My wife and I stayed at Haraki Beach appartments the rooms were furnished well but not all that clean.
Our biggest complaint is about Kosmars description about the fact that there was a small tavern below apartments when in fact it is the biggest in Haraki also the noise from the bar until the early hours of the morning the latest 05.20hrs but most mornings about 04.00hrs as the staff when leaving the taverna walked through the passage, off of which four of the rooms were, talking very loudly then outside the windows starting their motor bikes or cars and keeping the engines running whilst finishing off their conversation.

| said: We only use these places for sleeping and showering but I cannot fault the service by the cleaning staff.
The late night/early morning revellers and staff leaving to go home never bothered us at all. Very little noise from drinkers using the rear entrance to leave the premises. I dunno why some people complain.
Yes, I'd go there again without hesitation. I'd prefer room 8 which opens out onto Haraki bay with a wonderful view.
