| said: Just got back from a weeks stay at these new apartments. Booked a two bedroom apartment and had to stay in a 1 bedroom for 1st two nights. This was ok though very nice and had enough room for the 3 of us with my son on a put up bed.Two bed apartment was lovely though with en suite bathroom/shower, and huge balcony with outdoor shower which was great fun. Was on 8th floor though and took us 6 lifts to get there! Soon learnt our way around using the steps- much quicker.3 pools open all very clean and plenty of sun loungers, guests asked not to reserve them and really was no need.Drinks were costly, but food in snack bar good and reasonable. No air conditioning though a major draw back, rooms very hot and had to leave patio doors open which meant lots of noise from outside. No dvd player, only tv with one english chanel showing news. Kitchen nice but no oven or grill, just hob and microwaive making it impossible to do self catering really.Fantastic supermarket opposite water just 20p a botttle for small 30p for large, lovely fresh crusty bread each day. But be prepared to wait, work very slowly and always ques.

We were at the hotel when they opened, and we couldn't resist to have a look at the apartments... bliss...
Kitchen - fully equipped (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, stove and oven, dining table with 4 chairs) cutlery and dishes, donno about pots as I didn't dig in all the cupboards...
Livingroom - 1 extendable sofa with a coffee table and tv, if I remember right there are 2 armed chairs...
Bathroom - nice and spacious with shower/tub, there is also a hair dryer...
Bedroom - 2 double beds pushed together, 2 huge warderobs...
Balcony - there is a shower with a small shower tub, just in case you don't feel like going to the pool or beach, 2 sunbeds, 1 table and 4 chairs...
The sun lights the apartments all day long, but you don't have to worry, we been to see them in the middle of the day and it wasn't hot... you have ventilators but I think if you open the windows in bedroom and livingroom, then will cool faster, but I doubt the apartmets will heat up.
There are also apartments for elderly or disabled people, at the ground floor. The bathrooms are equipped with walk-in shower and fitted with a chair, everywhere is easy access for disabled.
The restaurant is not open yet, we were told it will open in about 5 months, but no worries... if you have food included, you will be served at the hotel's restaurant which is just next door and the food is brilliant...
Across the street you have a big supermarket called Dino, you find absolutely all you need in it, mind you some things are a bit expencive (potatoes 4.50/2 kilos)...
Are a few other supermarkets in the port, won't be hard to find them, they are posted... there's also a Spar.
Just near Dino, towards the corner of the Shopping Centre, if you go downstairs it's a lovely bar called EL ENCUENTRO... Manolo, the owner is a top guy... if you want a nice breakfast, the best coffee, a cold beer and a lovely Pepito, then visit him, he's very friendly and welcoming... also, he's got Happy Hours... between 16:00-17:00 and between 21:00 and 22:00, buy 1 get 1 free... for the spirits the amount is never measured and always more then generous...
For a good meal, go to "Cofradia Pescadores", it's in the harbor towards the light house... you can't miss it as you'll pass by it... we had local fish and we can say was the best fish we had in a very long time...
Have a lovely time, we did and we will return :o)
