| said: The cleanliness of this hotel is impeccable. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels everyday.
The pool is huge and spotless with plenty of sunloungers for everyone,both by the pool and on the beach.
There is a wide choice of food with alot cooked freshly for you, such as fish,steak etc. At breakfast there is a huge choice and you can get omelettes,eggs cooked to order.The desserts are to die for.
Also during your stay you can eat at the Italian restaurant and the Indian, Mexican or Chinese in sister hotel[Carribean World].
One negative thing I will say is that it is in the middle of nowhere but it is easy to get a taxi to Tunis ,Hammaamet etc.
The hotel is mainly French and German so the entertainment can be hard going but the animation team do their best!!!!!!!!!
The staff are friendly but some struggle a bit with english.
But all in all good value for money.

| said: I was a bit worried at first as I had read so many bad reviews about this hotel but glad I ignored them as the hotel was fantastic.
The whole family had a great time.
The staff were friendly and never once asked or hinted for a tip so we tipped them well at the end of the holiday.
The town outside was a bit remote but the resort itself was first class and so relaxing. The beachs and pool were cleaned frequently.
The entertainment was good but if you stayed for more than a week it got repeated and as most of the guest were French or German they catered mainly for them so sometimes it was difficult to understand.
I would love to go back to this hotel.
