Our hearts sank as we rounded a corner after stepping off our transfer coach. They are located in a run down back street although close to all amenities. The manager greeted us in just his shorts, could not understand english and had music blaring and no-one could hear a word spoken.This building should be condemned & razed to the ground it is a slum! Filthy, unsafe electrics & plumbing, security a joke, no fire escape,dirty pool,& no-one cares not even Goldtrail Holidays who take a lot of money from you to stay there. ALL who were staying there were very angry, we booked into another hotel. They also have a delay on electric light coming on as you climb the stairs in the dark again unsafe. Our lock was changed so that the room could be let twice over-when it was still ours!! Our advice is to give these apartments a wide berth and we think it insulting that Goldtrail use these way below basic accomodation in their brochure.

| said: What can I say our room was diabolical, we could not shower all week, we asked every day to have the shower fixed all to no avail, we had to use our own towels after a wash to wipe with because the towels there were stinking and degrained. Air conditioning was a charge of £28 per week and would only work if held open with a cigarette packet.
The safe was down on the first floor at the foot of the stairs, my husband always writes what he takes out daily so that we know how much we have left and this stops us overspending, on our 4th day another person who had been staying in the hotel advised us to take our money out of the safe because several people had lost money from they're safe in the previous 10 days. My husband checked our money and found that there was £140 missing, when the manager was informed he stated it was nothing to do with them and was totally offhand about it.
We could'nt call the police because as the manager stated we could not prove anything, so my advice is don't have a safe. I've stayed in bulgaria where the Toilet was an hole in the ground but this hotel was the toilet full stop.

| said: The Apartments were as aspected,,,, pretty Basic and dated but clean and tidy. We had a studio apartment right above the bar,,, but wasn't too bad, as Leodikya are the only apartments in the street,,, very quiet street !
The staff were pretty good,,, the owner speaks very little english, but the main Bar Man 'Musty' spoke very good English and was a good laugh,,, (once he is awake,,,) Just don't speak to him if he has just woken up,,, cos he ain't with it.... hee hee
The apatments were in fantastic location,,, only one street back from main beach/prom. We found some great places to eat behind the apartments,,, there is a Road running up to the markets and armutalan.. Loads of shops and bars. Turn right out of apartments to end of street, and right again.
We had a fantastic boat trip. was all inclusive and we only payed £12 each,,, it included ALL drinks,, toastie for breakfast and also a lovely lunch..and transport from apartments. We booked it with guy next to the waterpipe cafe... opposite the euro bar. boat was called Dianna i think...
Pool is very small and in shade untill about dinner time,, but it does get sun for a few hours in the afternoon.
The Apartments food and drink prices were VERY reasonable. and they have half price cocktails and buy one get one free happy hours. we only ate there once. Had pizza, salad & chips,,, had a good giggle cos the Pizza was delivered,,,!!! hee hee...
Our air conditioning wasn't working when we arrived,, so we complained,,, it was fixed/refilled within a few hours and worked great for the rest of week.
Our first time with Gold trail,, and we were quite Impressed !!! fantastic flight out,, we even had extra leg room seats at NO extra costs,, also had 'private' transfer waiting,,, was a people carrier with only 4 of us on it, ace!!. have to say we will USE Goldtrail again !..
