Room was very nice, on the north side so no balcony but fine as there was a huge building site on the south side. Huge king bed with sofa bed in lounge. Small kitchen area with fridge and microwave. We could sea the ocean (just).
The restaurants were good, there is a huge lobby with a coffee shop, brilliant when you’re up at 6.30am for a latte and bagel. The pool area is a bit small for the number of rooms but you are steps away from the beach, the beach bar was good and there is a cafe/bar on the pier to the side of the hotel.
You can book trips from the hotel which were cheaper than Virgin. There is a nightclub in the basement but all they played was rap music, which is fine if you’re from the ghetto, but even my 15 yr old wasn’t impressed. We would stay there again. The location was good for both Miami and fort Lauderdale
